Welcome to the Thrive At Five Weekly Meal Plan!

If knowing what to make for your family has utterly stressed you out, then I am here to solve your dinner dilemma! Each week I team up with an awesome group of bloggers who are dedicated to bringing you a healthy-ish, easy, seasonally appropriate meal plan. The Thrive At Five Meal Plan is developed specifically for busy families who want awesome food but are short on time! 

 

How It Works:

  • Every Friday morning a new meal plan will be published with 5 dinners plus 2 extra recipes (like a side, dessert, or special beverage). Come check it out as needed throughout the week or sign up here to have it sent directly to your email inbox!
  • All the meals are perfect for busy families – they focus mostly on seasonal whole food dinners (but occasionally something “unhealthy” sneaks in – we aren’t super sticklers here). And desserts don’t count as healthy, because they just shouldn’t.
  • Because these are seasonal meal plans based on the month of year, I will be numbering them 1,2,3, etc. based on what week of the month it is, so you will always be able to find awesome meals easily. Go HERE to find even more meal plans!

Thrive At Five Meal Plan – June Meal Plan Week 3

MONDAY – Pork Chops with Cherry Salsa – This easy 30 minute meal takes full advantage of the fresh and amazing cherries that are so in season right now! You are going to love how easy yet amazing these grilled pork chops are! (Psst – while you have the grill on, why don’t you go ahead and grill the chicken for Tuesday night, and then tomorrow’s dinner will be that much faster!)

TUESDAY –  Grilled Chicken, Corn and Blueberry Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette  – This salad is all that is good with summer. Its quick and easy, packed with fresh produce, and makes a great dinner salad!

WEDNESDAY – Cajun Sheet Pan Bake – Hooray for one pan meals! This easy meal boasts tons of flavor, yet requires very little work! A perfect meal for when you are tired and busy!

THURSDAY – Hawaiian Bratwursts – Take your traditional brats up a HUGE notch with these super tasty and unique Hawaiian Brats! You won’t believe how easy they are to make, or how much flavor they add! Soooo good!

FRIDAY – Grilled Garlic Cilantro Chicken Skewers – These grilled skewers are exactly what summer asked for! I love these perfectly seasoned chicken kabobs because you don’t need to have them sit in a marinade for hours – they are ready to go when you are, which makes them perfect for busy summer nights when you just want to stay outside and play!

Extras –

Grilled Cherries in Spiced Butter Rum Sauce – Since you are pitting cherries for dinner on Monday, you might as well make extras for this amazing dessert! These cherries would be great on ice cream, pound cake – or even on yogurt for breakfast! YUM!

Tomato and White Bean Salad – This easy 10 minute recipe is the perfect versatile dish. It is perfect as a side dish, or serve it with some crusty bread for a lunch or light supper.
