Welcome to the Thrive At Five Weekly Meal Plan!

If knowing what to make for your family has utterly stressed you out, then I am here to solve your dinner dilemma! Each week I team up with an awesome group of bloggers who are dedicated to bringing you a healthy-ish, easy, seasonally appropriate meal plan. The Thrive At Five Meal Plan is developed specifically for busy families who want awesome food but are short on time! 

 

How It Works:

  • Every Friday morning a new meal plan will be published with 5 dinners plus 2 extra recipes (like a side, dessert, or special beverage). Come check it out as needed throughout the week or sign up here to have it sent directly to your email inbox!
  • All the meals are perfect for busy families – they focus mostly on seasonal whole food dinners (but occasionally something “unhealthy” sneaks in – we aren’t super sticklers here). And desserts don’t count as healthy, because they just shouldn’t.
  • Because these are seasonal meal plans based on the month of year, I will be numbering them 1,2,3, etc. based on what week of the month it is, so you will always be able to find awesome meals easily. Go HERE to find even more meal plans!

Thrive At Five Meal Plan – June Meal Plan – Week 4

MONDAY – Asian Chicken Stuffed Peppers – This easy meal is full of fresh flavors with an asian style peanut sauce and topped with cashews, green onions and cilantro.

TUESDAY –  Pork Tacos with Summer Corn & Nectarine Salsa – This is an easy yet oh so flavorful meal that you are going to love! The pork chops are perfectly spiced (or you can use leftover pulled pork!) and topped with a delightful summery fruit salsa!

WEDNESDAY – Lemon Feta Zucchini Noodles – This is the perfect quick and easy meatless meal for a hot summer night! Serve with some crusty bread. If you want to add some protein to this meal, some grilled chicken or pork chops would be awesome!

THURSDAY –  Cilantro and Turmeric Fish BBQ Skewers – These easy skewers are full of great flavor and after marinating only take about 20 minutes to make! You DO need to plan on an hour of marinating time for these to get the best flavor! You could probably get away with a shorter marinade time if you need to, just know they won’t be quite as flavorful. Serve with steamed rice.

FRIDAY – Chicken Spinach Alfredo Lasagna Roll Ups – Celebrate the weekend with these fun lasagna roll ups! They are loaded with chicken, spinach, and ricotta and topped with an alfredo sauce.

EXTRAS –

Southtern Skillet Fried Apples – This traditional southern side is simmered in brown sugar and spices until tender and mouth watering! Serve as a side dish or top on waffles or pancakes! Yum!

Crispy Aleppo Pepper Breakfast Potatoes with Sunny Side Up Eggs – These crispy breakfast potatoes and eggs are seriously breakfast perfection and not as hard to make as you might think!
