Welcome to the Thrive At Five Weekly Meal Plan!
If knowing what to make for your family has utterly stressed you out, then I am here to solve your dinner dilemma! Each week I team up with an awesome group of bloggers who are dedicated to bringing you a healthy-ish, easy, seasonally appropriate meal plan. The Thrive At Five Meal Plan is developed specifically for busy families who want awesome food but are short on time!
Can you believe that Easter is half over already?! Spring has totally sprung, and now its flying by! The kids are enjoying playing outside every day again, my husband mowed the grass for the first time, and our windows have been open for days. Its lovely!
Here is your April Meal Plan for Week 3
How It Works:
- Every Friday morning a new meal plan will be published with 5 dinners plus 2 extras (like a side, dessert, or special beverage). Come check it out as needed throughout the week or sign up here to have it sent directly to your email inbox!
- All the meals are perfect for busy families – they focus mostly on seasonal whole food dinners (but occasionally something “unhealthy” sneaks in – we aren’t super sticklers here). And desserts don’t count as healthy, because they just shouldn’t.
- Because these are seasonal meal plans based on the month of year, I will be numbering them 1,2,3, etc. based on what week of the month it is, so you will always be able to find awesome meals easily. Go HERE to find even more meal plans!
Thrive At Five Meal Plan – April Meal Plan Week 3
MONDAY – Baked Ham and Cheese Pretzel Sliders – Got leftover ham? These are the perfect way to use up any leftovers you have. These are super easy to prepare, too! Serve with any other leftovers you happen to have, or a veggie and salad!
TUESDAY – Sweet Skillet Meatball Bahn Mi Sandwich – This 30 minute skillet meal is easy to make, full of veggies, have a fun Asian flair to them, and the whole family will love them!

THURSDAY – Italian Power Salad with White Beans, Sun-Dred Tomatoes and Creamy Italian Salad Dressing – This dinner salad is the perfect meatless meal – its packed with protein and boasts tons of flavor. If you really can’t see yourself not having any meat at dinner, go ahead and grill some chicken to add with it. And go ahead and grill some extra chicken you can use for Friday’s dinner, too!
FRIDAY – Grilled Chicken & Bacon Pizza with Garlic Cream Sauce – Friday deserves some pizza! Have a fun homemade pizza night with this fantastic recipe! You can make this recipe faster by having your pizza crust, bacon, and grilled chicken ready to go ahead of time.
Instant Pot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal – Plan on making a big batch of this awesome oatmeal and reheating it for days to come. Its perfect no matter if you are having a lazy weekend breakfast or if you are wanting something for a weekday.
Chocolate Covered Popcorn – A perfect treat and a great way to use up any leftover Easter candy you might have lurking around the house. This makes a big batch, so make sure you have plenty of little hands to help you eat it!
