So now that you can make Oven Roasted Pulled Pork and One Pot Stovetop Mac and Cheese, its time to combine the two into one gloriously amazing dish. Back when we lived in Kansas City, Joel’s aunt used to take us to this restaurant called The Courthouse Exchange in Independence, MO. My absolute favorite thing on their menu was the Mac N’ Brisket – creamy mac, delicious brisket, topped with a drizzle of BBQ sauce.

Pulled Pork, Brisket, Burnt Ends – pretty much any slow cooked and delicious meat would work well here, drizzled with your favorite BBQ sauce (and since we were doing a whole KC theme here, we went ahead and used our favorite Arthur Bryant sauce, cuz its the best), but you can of course use your favorite.

BBQ Pulled Pork Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

3 cups of pulled pork (or brisket or burnt ends)
favorite BBQ sauce
layer on plate and Enjoy!
