Welcome to the Thrive At Five Weekly Meal Plan!

If knowing what to make for your family has you down in the dumps, then I am here to solve your dilemma! Each week I team up with a group of bloggers to bring you a healthy-ish, easy, seasonally appropriate meal plan that is developed specifically for busy families who want awesome food and are short on time!

This week we are celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, so we have a few items on the plan this week that celebrate that!

How It Works:

  • Every Friday morning a new meal plan will be published with 5 dinners plus two extras (sides, desserts, etc). Come check it out as needed throughout the week or sign up here to have it sent directly to your email inbox!
  • All the meals are perfect for busy families – they focus mostly on seasonal whole food dinners (but occasionally something “unhealthy” sneaks in – we aren’t sticklers here). And desserts don’t count as healthy, because they should’t.
  • Because these are seasonal meal plans based on the month of year, I will be numbering them 1,2,3, etc. based on what week of the month it is, so you will always be able to find awesome meals easily. Go HERE to find even more meal plans!


Thrive At Five Weekly Meal Plan – March Week 2


MONDAY – Pork Pozole – This recipe takes an hour to make, so I highly recommend making it on a day when you know you have time, or maybe even make it on Sunday so you can reheat it for an even easier meal!

TUESDAY – Crock Pot Pork Ramen – This meal is super simple to throw together and is packed with flavor! Place all the toppings in little bowls on the table and let everyone add their own in (its a fun and sneaky way to get kids to eat their veggies!)

WEDNESDAY – One Pot White Chicken Lasagna Soup – Hello for a one pot soup! This easy soup is warm and comforting and tastes so great!

THURSDAY – Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Tacos – These only take about 15 minutes worth of work! Plus you can make a double batch and freeze some for another day! Now that’s how you do dinner!

FRIDAY – Shepherd’s Pie – I mean, its St. Patrick’s Day – you kind of have to have Shepherd’s Pie, right?! If you are short on time this day, prep the filling ahead of time and store in the fridge until you are ready to use it.

Boozy Irish Brownies – these totally need a spot in your week! They are a fun adult-only chocolatey treat topped with a whiskey-irish cream  white chocolate ganache. And I’m drooling.

Challah French Toast – Hellooooo weekend goals.
