1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×9 baking pan and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the oatmeal, brown sugar, ground flax seed, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, baking powder and salt.

COMBINE & MIX

3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla.
