– 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
– 1/3 cup raw honey
– 1 TBSP coconut oil
– 1 cup old fashioned oats
– 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
– 1 TBSP chia seeds
– 1/4 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
– 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
– 1 scoop protein powder (either chocolate or vanilla)
4. Using a rubber spatula, mix in the peanut butter/honey mixture into the oat mixture until well combined. You might need to switch to using your hands.
