– 1.5 pounds Baby Carrots – 1/4 cup honey – 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil – 1 Tablespoon soy sauce – 1" piece ginger, peeled and minced small – 1 clove garlic, minced – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon pepper – 1 green onion, sliced, green and white parts separated – 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
