Avocado crema is a light and flavorful sauce that can be used to drizzle on all your favorite Mexican recipes or used as a dipping sauce or salad dressing. Made of avocados, sour cream, lime juice, garlic and cilantro, it’s fresh, flavorful, and so easy!

– 2 medium avocados, ripe – 1/2 cup sour cream – 1 1/2 limes, juiced – 1/4 cup cilantro – 1 clove garlic – 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Carefully half the avocados and discard the pits.


2. Place the avocados in the container of a food processor with the sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, garlic clove and salt.


3. Process until smooth.


4. If you want the sauce to be thinner, you can add 1 Tablespoon of water at a time until you get the desired consistency.
