–  Chef's Craft flame grilled chicken breast chunks – flatbread naan – pizza sauce – shredded mozzarella cheese – green pepper, diced – diced mushrooms – red onion, sliced thinly – black olive slices – dried oregano

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

2. Line two baking trays with parchment paper.

3. Place the naan on the prepared baking trays.

4. Spoon the pizza sauce on the naan flatbread, taking it almost all the way to the edge.

5. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the sauce.

6. Evenly sprinkle the onions, peppers, olives, and mushrooms over the cheese.

7. Top each naan pizza with several grilled chicken breast chunks (I like using 5, but you do you).

8. Sprinkle the dried oregano evenly over the flatbread pizzas.

9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken and naan are hot and the cheese is melted.
