1. In a blender or food processor, combine the eggs and cottage cheese until smooth, about 3 minutes.

2. Pour the egg mixture into a bowl and stir in the ham, shredded cheese, salt and pepper.

3. Spray the egg molds with cooking spray.

4. Fill each mold with 1/4 cup of the egg mixture, being careful not to get any on the outside mold.

5. Place the lids on the molds and stack them together on the trivet.

6. Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of the instant pot.

7. Carefully place the trivet into the pot.

8. Turn the sealing vent to "seal".

9. Cook on low pressure for 8 minutes.

10. Allow to naturally release pressure for 5 minutes.

11. Quick release any remaining pressure.
