Easy Pineapple Salsa

This homemade pineapple salsa is a sweet and savory addition to any meal. Loaded with fresh pineapple, cilantro, sweet peppers, red onions, and plenty of spice. Serve as an appetizer with chips or add it to your meals.

Key Ingredient

– 1 Pineapple – ½ Red Onion – 3 Mini Sweet Peppers, Red – 3 mini Sweet Peppers, Orange – 3 Tablespoons Lemon or Lime Juice, freshly squeezed – 2 ½ Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, minced – 1 Tablespoon Mexican Chili Lime Seasoning – 1 Teaspoon Salt

1. Slice the top of the pineapple off.


2. Remove the outside peel of the pineapple to get to the fruit inside by using a pineapple corer/slicer.


3. Finely dice the pineapple.


4. Finely dice the sweet peppers, and red onion and place in a medium bowl with the pineapple.


5. Add the seasoning, salt, and lemon juice over the top and mix well.


6. Serve immediately or store, covered, in the fridge to serve later.
