Herb Crusted Salmon

This herb crusted salmon is a perfect weeknight recipe. Cooked in an air fryer, this tender, flaky salmon is lemony, flavorful, and ready in about 20 minutes!

Key Ingredient

Salmon

– Salmon, skinless – salt and pepper, to taste – Breadcrumbs – freshly grated parmesan cheese (+more to sprinkle on top) – Garlic cloves, minced – Lemons, zested (slice them and juice) – fresh Oregano and Thyme, minced – mayonnaise

1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 F

PREHEAT

2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper

SEASON

3. Layer the lemon slices under the salmon to create a bed for the salmon to sit on.

LAYER

4. Sprinkle half of the herbs on top of the salmon.

SPRINKLE

5. In a small bowl, mix 1 Tablespoon of the mayo and the lemon juice together. Brush this on top of the mayo.

MIX

6. In a second small bowl, mix the lemon zest, the rest of the mayo, garlic, herbs and breadcrumbs together.

MIX THE BREADCRUMBS

7. Evenly coat the salmon with the breadcrumb mixture.

COAT

8. Bake for 10-15 mins in AF, until the top is crispy and fish is cooked.
