1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Instructions:

3. Trim the stem from the brussels sprouts and slice in half. Remove any outer leaves that look wilted or damanged. Place the sliced sprouts on the baking sheet.

4. Dice the bacon into 1/4" pieces. Place the bacon on the baking sheet with the sprouts.

5. Add the pecan halves to the baking sheet.

6. Drizzle the maple syrup and olive oil over the items on the pan and season with salt and pepper.

7. Toss to coat everything evenly, and then spread out in an even layer, making sure you turn the brussels sprouts cut side down.

8. Roast for 20-30 minutes, tossing and turning after 15 minutes.
