– extra virgin oil – white onion, diced – carrots, peeled and diced – garlic cloves, peeled and crushed – celery sticks, diced – cumin powder – turmeric powder – cinnamon powder – smoked paprika – chili flakes – canned diced tomato – tomato paste – vegetable stock – red lentils, washed and drained – chickpea, washed and drained – fresh cilantro, chopped – Sea salt to taste

1. Heat a large pan with olive oil on medium heat.
