1. Start by washing your rice until the water runs clear.

2. Add your clean rice to the pot of your rice cooker and as much water as recommended by your rice cooker manufacturer. Add in the olive oil, salt, and bay leaf.

4. Meanwhile, remove the cilantro leaves from the steps and chop the cilantro finely. Juice the lime.
