1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.

4. Whisk in the sourdough starter until you don't see any streaks of the starter.

5. Whisk in the egg and vanilla.

8. Bake in a greased 8x8 pan for 25-30 minutes.
