Greek chicken meatballs are an easy but flavorful meal the whole family will love! Tender meatballs made from ground chicken are flavored with spices, dill, mint, red onion and lemon zest before being cooked to perfection.

1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
