1. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine all the ingredients.

MAKE THE DOUGH

2. Use the dough hook to knead the dough until it is smooth and slightly sticky, about 6-7 minutes.Shape the dough into a bowl and place in a lightly greased bowl.
