1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 9×5 loaf pan with baking spray.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, brown sugar, sourdough starter, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract.

WHISK TOGETHER

3. Add in the salt and mix. Knead until a soft dough forms. Place the dough in a large, oiled bowl and cover with a damp towel.
