1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Coat a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice mix, and salt. Set aside.
