This homemade pineapple salsa is a sweet and savory addition to any meal. Loaded with fresh pineapple, cilantro, sweet peppers, red onions, and plenty of spice. Serve as an appetizer with chips or add it to your meals.
Remove the outside peel of the pineapple to get to the fruit inside by using a pineapple corer/slicer.
Finely dice the pineapple.
Finely dice the sweet peppers, and red onion and place in a medium bowl with the pineapple.
Add the seasoning, salt, and lemon juice over the top and mix well.
Serve immediately or store, covered, in the fridge to serve later.

Salsa Tips: If you want spicier salsa, replace one of the mini sweet peppers with a jalapeno.Salsa variations: Try adding some diced mango, black beans, or diced roma tomatoes to this salsa, too! Swap out the lemon juice for lime juice. You can swap out the chili lime seasoning for fajita seasoning.
