Tzatziki sauce is rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Made with freshly grated cucumber, fresh dill, and plenty of garlic, this sauce is great as a dip or a spread. This recipe only takes 15 minutes to make!
Grate the cucumber onto the paper towel and sprinkle with salt. This helps to remove some of the excess moisture in the cucumbers. Place another few paper towels folded together on top and allow to sit for a minute.
Get out a medium sized mixing bowl and add in the greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh dill, olive oil, white vinegar, and salt.
Press on the paper towels to squeeze out as much liquid from the cucumbers as you can, and then add in the grated cucumber to the greek yogurt mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least two hours, or up to overnight for the best flavor.
