pork shoulder

unsalted chicken stock
Instructions
Dice the onion into small pieces.
Cut the pork shoulder into 1" chunks.
Place the diced onion, the diced tomatoes, the garbanzo beans, cumin, oregano, garlic, diced pork and chicken stock into the slow cooker.
Place the lid onto the slow cooker.
Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
Serve the soup topped with sliced radishes, chopped cilantro, diced avocado and lime wedges.
