Combine the corn, heavy cream, butter, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When the butter is melted and the liquid has reduce by 1/3, its done!
Turn off the heat and pour into serving dish.
Add the bacon on top and serve!

Notes
Creamed corn with bacon reheats really well! If you need to make this ahead of time, you can store it in an air-tight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave, oven, or on the stove-top.
