Ingredients
2medium avocadosripe
½cupsour cream
1 ½limesjuiced
¼cupcilantro
1clovegarlic
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Carefully half the avocados and discard the pits.
Place the avocados in the container of a food processor with the sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, garlic clove and salt.
Process until smooth.
If you want the sauce to be thinner, you can add 1 Tablespoon of water at a time until you get the desired consistency.
Notes
*NOTE: The cilantro in this recipe is entirely optional. If you don’t like cilantro, feel free to leave it out.Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an air-tight conatiner. Place a layer of plasyic warp down tightly over the top of the sauce, making sure to push out as much as air you can before placing hte lid on. This will help to minimize browning.
