1box israeli couscous
⅓cupgolden raisins
1TBSPlemon zest
¼cupchopped parsley
¼cupsliced almonds
Instructions
Cook isreali couscous according to package directions, adding in the 1/3 cup golden raisins to the pan.
When done, stir in the lemon zest.
Top wtih almond slices and chopped parsley and serve.
