1. Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.

HEAT THE OIL

2. Saute diced onion for 5-6 minutes until soft. Introduce minced garlic; stir for one minute until fragrant. Incorporate sliced mushrooms, stirring for an additional 3 minutes until softened.

Add & sauté

3. Incorporate minced meat and cook, stirring occasionally, for approximately 5-10 minutes. The beef doesn't have to be fully cooked, as it will continue cooking. Once the meat turns pale brown, introduce beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to blend and reduce the heat to low.
