butter
room temperature

cup
sugar

cup
brown sugar

flax seed

eggs
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract

flour
1
teaspoon
baking soda
2
Tablespoon
brewer's yeast
3
cups
old fashioned oats
¾
cup
chocolate chips
¾
cup
dried cranberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, brewer's yeast and oats.
In another large bowl cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy.
Add the eggs, vanilla and flax seed to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
Slowly add the flour mixture, mixing well.
Stir in the chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Use a melon baller or cookie scoop to drop the dough onto a cookie sheet
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool the rest of the way.
