Instructions
With a handheld mixer, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a medium mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
In each mug, place 2 tablespoons of butterscotch topping and 2 ounces of cream soda and stir until they are thoroughly combined.
Carefully pour in more cream soda to top off the mugs, leaving room for the whipping cream on top.
Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Optional: You can drizzle extra butterscotch topping over the whipped cream. This is fun and pretty, but also messy and sticky!
Notes
Place mugs in the freezer for 10 minutes before creating this drink to serve wtih frosty glasses that help keep the butterbeer cold.
