Apple Pie Ice Cream is the best mixture of cozy fall flavors but warm weather feels. This creamy no churn ice cream is filled with chunks of real apple pie, tender apples, and so many great fall flavors.
In a large bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream and use a hand mixer to beat until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Add the apple pie spice and do another quick mix to stir it in.
Add 2 slices of the apple pie and the apple pie filling to the bowl and beat again, until the pie is completely mixed into the cream mixture.
Pour the mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan and smooth the top to even it out.
Crumble up the remaining piece of pie and sprinkle it over the top of the ice cream.
Freeze for 4 hours or until solid all the way through.
Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Allow the ice cream to sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes before scooping to help it be softer, but don't allow it to melt or it won't refreeze well.
