Lemon Herb Tahini is a simple but flavorful dipping sauce recipe that is a perfect addition to many meals. Made with fresh cilantro, parsley, and mint, garlic, and tons of lemon flavor, this is a great dip for kids to add to their meals!

tahini

cilantro leaves

parsley leaves

cup
mint leaves

lemon
zest and juice

water

extra virgin olive oil

salt
Instructions
Place the tahini sauce, herbs, lemon zest and juice, water, garlic, salt, and olive oil into a food processor.
Pulse until well combined. The herbs will not fully break down but will get into small pieces.
If you want it thinner, add 1 Tablespoon of water.
Notes
Store this tahini sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
