Ingredients
Dressing

plain greek yogurt

limes
zested and juiced

teaspoons
honey

teaspoon
ground cumin

teaspoon
salt

ground black pepper
Slaw

ounces
coleslaw mix

cup
cilantro
chopped

green onions
chopped

garlic cloves
minced finely
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, seasonings, honey, and finely minced garlic until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, add the coleslaw mix, cilantro, and chopped green onions.
Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss well to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, until ready to serve.
Notes
This coleslaw can be made up to 3 days ahead of time. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
