Cilantro Lime Slaw

How to make this easy slaw recipe

- In a medium mixing bowl, add the greek yogurt, lime juice, seasonings, honey, and finely minced garlic.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded coleslaw mix, cilantro, and chopped green onions.
- Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss well to coat.
- Cover with plastic wrap and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, until ready to serve.

You will need about 20-30 minutes total for this recipe.
It only takes 10 minutes to prepare, and is best when you give it 10-20 minutes to set before you eat it so the flavors can properly meld. The longer you give it, the better it will be, but 10 minutes is plenty!
Prepping ahead of time
While this slaw is best when it is fresh, you can also store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This makes it an easy recipe to prepare meals for the week.
You can also prepare the marinade in advance and toss it in the cabbage the day you are ready to eat.

Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 limes zested and juiced
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Slaw
- 14 ounces coleslaw mix
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced finely
