Ingredients

mayonnaise

Sriracha hot sauce

Tablespoon
lime juice

teaspoon
sesame oil
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
In a medium size mixing bowl, stir together the mayo, lime juice, sesame oil and garlic powder.
If you are going to make different spiciness levels for different palates, separate the seasoned mayo into different bowls.
Stir in as much of the sriracha as you want to reach the desired spiciness level.
Taste and adjust hot sauce level accordingly.
For best results, allow the mayo to sit in the fridge for an 30-60 minutes before use.
Notes
Store spicy mayo in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
