Ingredients

frozen hashbrowns
the square kind
½
cup
white onion
chopped

can cream of chicken soup

+ cups shredded cheddar cheese

sour cream

tablespoons
butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients (except butter) together until well combined.
Pour the casserole into the dish and spread evenly in the pan.
Slice the butter into thin slices and dot the top of the casserole with the pads of butter.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or a microwave until warmed through.
