Ingredients
Cake
⅔cupsugar
½cupunsalted buttermelted and cooled
3large eggs
½cupsour cream
¼cupmilk
1tsplemon zest
2TBSPfresh lemon juice
1tspvanilla extract
1 ½tspalmond extract
1 ⅔cupflour
2TBSPpoppy seds
1tspbaking powder
½tspsalt
Glaze
½cuppowdered sugar
1TBSPmilk
¼tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 8x4" loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, butter, eggs, sour cream, milk, and juice, zest, and extracts.
Add in the flour, baking powder, salt and poppy seeds and fold until just combined.Pour into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out mostly clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
To mix the glaze, whisk all the glaze ingredients together until it forms a smooth glaze.
