German Cucumber Salad Recipe
German cucumber salad is an easy and delicious side dish! Crunchy cucumbers are sliced thin and tossed with onions, fresh dill, and a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

Cucumbers
thinly sliced

small white onion
thinly sliced or diced

sour cream

fresh dill
chopped

white wine vinegar

teaspoons
granulated sugar

salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Slice the cucumbers and onion as thinly as you can, and chop the dill. Place in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, white wine vinegar, granulated sugar, and salt and pepper.
Toss the dressing over the cucumber mixture until coated.
Cover and place in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour, but 4 is better.
Stir the salad before serving to redistribute the dressing, and enjoy!
Notes
This salad will keep for 3-4 days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Stir before serving to redistribute the dressing.
