Ingredients
2lbground chicken
¼cupfinely minced red onion
4garlic clovesfinely minced
2Tablespoonsminced fresh dill
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonground cumin
½teaspoondried oregano
½teaspoonlemon zest
¼teaspoonground black pepper
For serving
½cuptzatziki sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a large bowl mix together the ingredients for the meatballs.
Form the mixture into about 1" balls and place evenly spaced apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until done.
Enjoy with tzatziki sauce for dipping.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
