Ingredients
½cupplain greek yogurt
1Tablespoonlemon juice
1Tablespoonolive oil
4garlic clovesminced
1Tablespoonminced ginger
1Tablespoondried minced onion
2teaspoonssweet paprika
1teaspoongaram masala
1teaspoonsalt
¾teaspooncumin
¾teaspoonground coriander
½teaspoonground turmeric
2poundsbonelessskinless chicken thighs
Instructions
In a large ziplock bag, combine all the ingredients for the marinade.
Seal, smooth to mix the marinade and coat the chicken evenly and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours.
Grill chicken 7 minutes per side, or until cooked through to 165 F degrees. Enjoy!
