Ingredients
1cuplong grain white rice
1teaspoonextra virgin olive oil
1teaspoonsalt
1bay leaf
3Tablespoonsfresh chopped cilantro
1liezested and juiced
Instructions
Start by washing your rice until the water runs clear.
Add your clean rice to the pot of your rice cooker and as much water as recommended by your rice cooker manufacturer. Add in the olive oil, salt, and bay leaf.
Cook according to your rice cooker.
Meanwhile, remove the cilantro leaves from the steps and chop the cilantro finely. Juice the lime.
Transfer the cooked rice to a bowl. Toss the chopped cilantro and fresh lime juice with the rice until well combined.
