Ingredients
16ozrotini pasta
4Tablespoonolive oilextra virgin
1shallotchopped
12ouncessweet apple chicken sausagesliced
1honey crisp applechopped (you can peel if you want, I didn’t)
4garlic clovesminced
1pinchred chili pepper flakesoptional
½ teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
15ozgreat northern beansdrained and rinsed
6ozspinach
1cupchicken broth
⅓cupfresh grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 up pasta water when you drain.
