Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Cover a rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the nuts, maple syrup, brown sugar, orange juice, chipotle powder, cinnamon, and 2 Tablespoons of fresh rosemary.
Toss to coat thoroughly.
Spread the nuts into the prepared baking pan, ensuring they are in a single even layer.
Roast the nuts for 12 minutes.
Give the nuts a good stir, and spread back out into a single layer.
Roast for an additional 12 minutes, until the nuts are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining 2 TBSP rosemary and the sea salt.
Toss well and set aside at room temperature, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Serve warm or cool

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
