Ingredients

Instructions
In a large sized mixing bowl or a large ziplock bag, mix together the ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger and garlic.
1/2 cup ketchup,
1/2 cup soy sauce,
1/2 cup brown sugar,
1/4 cup rice vinegar,
1' piece ginger,
2 garlic cloves
Remove 1/3 cup of the marinade sauce and store in the fridge for later.
Add the chicken and toss to coat.
3 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
Marinate for at least 20 minutes, and up to 24 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
Grill the chicken pieces, 5-7 minutes per side, basting with the reserved marinade, until an internal temperature reads 165 F.
Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
