Ingredients

asparagus

extra virgin olive oil

ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F and line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Wash the asparagus and gently pat dry.
Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus.
Place the asparagus on the prepared baking tray.
Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the asparagus is tender but the ends are slightly crispy.
Enjoy immediately.
