Kid Friendly Green Goddess Dip
Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh dill
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup fresh parsley leaves
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- 2 green onions or 4 chives
- 1 cup greek yogurt plain
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into the jar of a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
