Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup grated real parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 tsp Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs or plain bread crumbs with a little dried parsley, rosemary and thyme leaf thrown in there.

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayo and parmesan.
  3. Place chicken on a baking sheet and top evenly with the greek yogurt mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoned bread crumbs on top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
